We are a class “A” state certified HVAC contractor that is active in every phase of the air conditioning industry to service all your commercial and residential needs in the Cape Coral, FL and Lee County area.

Our Business Story
Airmark Air Conditioning has a long history of serving families just like yours here in southwest Florida. The owners, Peter and Sharon Gerard, purchased this business from Sharon's parents – and it has remained in the family ever since.
Peter and his staff continue to bring the technical knowledge to new levels with numerous and ongoing air conditioning education, various accreditation and the addition of the state's highest award, a Class A State Air Conditioning license.
Although technology and education continues to advance at a lightning fast pace, the family values that built this business continue to remain true to the founding standards of excellence.
